John Moravec established our firm in 1981 as the owner of Moravec Construction. He has an experienced staff that has been with the company from 10 to 30 years.

Sue Moravec is our Bookkeeper and wife of John Moravec.

John Manuel is our Manager of Operations and Design/Estimating Work. He is the son-in-law of John Moravec.

Philosophy ---

Ultimately, our goal is to design high-quality renovations that are appropriate to their settings AND extremely functional. Over the years, we have completed over 300 projects in and around the Ithaca, New York area.

Each client receives one-on-one attention through the entire process from at least one of our staff members.

Creativity is achieved through input from John Manuel, as well as through brainstorming sessions with the client. Because each of our projects is driven by a unique customer dream, when each is completed it expands our conception of what is possible.
